We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how we can help.

Your right to cancel (change of mind) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.verdant.vow@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.verdant.vow@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We'll arrange a resolution as quickly as we can.

Delivery timeframes Small parcels under 1kg normally arrive within 3–5 working days. Heavier orders (1kg+) are delivered by courier and usually arrive the next working day within mainland UK.

Non-delivery If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe above, please contact us within 21 days of your dispatch confirmation at info.verdant.vow@gmail.com so we can investigate.

Hygiene & personal care products For health and safety reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and opened personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was incorrect or undelivered.
