Yes. We intentionally source items crafted from salvaged materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. We prioritize raw, natural textures, Fair Trade weaving practices, and recyclable packaging.

• Where do my items ship from?
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our central UK logistics portal in Sheffield.

• How much is shipping, and how can I get free delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 for orders under £45. We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £45. We encourage bundling your favorite cushion covers and accent rugs together in a single order to save on delivery fees and reduce transit packaging.

• How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves Sheffield.

• How do I clean my recycled cotton rag rug?
We recommend spot cleaning minor spills with a damp cloth and mild eco-detergent. For deeper cleaning, gentle hand washing in cold water is recommended. Always lay flat to dry naturally out of direct, harsh sunlight to protect the rich vegetable dyes.
